Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the blackout blind and all suction accessories are securely placed in their original travel bag and original packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned blind, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
